The Hawaii County Department of Public Works Traffic Division will conduct maintenance work on various crosswalks along Kuakini Highway between Palani and Hualalai roads as construction conditions permitting. Specifically, maintenance at the Kuakini Highway and Hualalai Road intersection is scheduled for Thursday and Friday.

Off-duty police officers will be posted at the intersection to facilitate traffic movement.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this maintenance period.
